ATMeye System is a video security complex for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Self-Service Devices (SSDs) surveillance, exposure of a fraud and resolution of conflicts and transaction problems at the ATMs. ATMeye enables video journal maintenance on self-service devices. The system monitors activity at ATM and SSD, using video or snapshots for recording transactions and logging the results. The recording triggers autonomously at the start of transaction. All actions at the ATM are recorded from the insertion of the card till the end of the transaction. Therefore, the amount of dead-time, recorded by standard security solutions, is vastly reduced. The ATMeye solution uses a video capture card installed inside the ATM PC and connected to internal and external cameras or USB camera connected to the ATM PC in case such connection is possible. This is combined with the ATMeye software, which connects the data captured to the ATM's electronic journal . The system distinctive feature is the economic benefit by cutting off the expenses required for the system operation. |
